I went from heartbroken, stressed out over worked mother, to peaceful patient and calm so that I could become more nurturing to myself and the people that I love. I was spiritually guided to take a 3 year break away from working hard so that I could learn how to properly care for myself after many years of stress.
Now, I am back to help a global community of women to transform into the greatest version of themselves the same way that I have transformed.
When I started eating better and taking care of myself I started feeding my children better which changed their lives too.
